Marquette King the Raiders future punter nails a 5.5 hangtime punt

http://nfldraftzone.com/draft-news/marquette-king-the-raiders-future-punter-nails-a-5-5-hangtime-punt-must-see-video/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+nfldraftzone+%28NFL+Draft+Zone%29

Last year no one really knew who Marquette King was until the HBCU Bowl in Georgia. The 6’1, African American punter was amazing and shocked every NFL Scout in attendance.  Marquette the small school prodigy from Fort Valley State, was booming 80 plus yard punts with 5 second hang times.  Well here is a highlight of the young stud and future Raiders Punter booming a 5.5 hangtime punt.  This is a must see, WOW is all I have to say.

I had the inspiration of two great organizations when I was growing up. The Yankees to me personified the size of the players, power, the home run, and intimidation and fear. The Dodgers, under Branch Rickey, were totally different in my mind. They represented speed. They represented development of players, a way of playing the game, the Dodger way of playing the game. And I always thought that someone intelligent could take all the qualities, the great qualities of both, and put them together and use them.”

Thank you for your service, Lechler!

Those were some booming punts. Obviously was impressing everyone there too from all the "wows" and "look at that kicks" you kept hearing.

Looked like a good 50+ yard average. Question is, how does he handle the pressure of a rush?

There will be growing pains along the way, but the kid's future looks bright.

Best part.......he'll be wearing our colors.

Boom goes the dynamite! King looked great in preseason too.
How good is he at pinning the punts inside the 10?

Probably not...Denver, KC, and SD have very good punters.
